实验室主要设备:

     扫描微波阻抗显微镜

(PrimeNano+Bluefors, <100mK, 9-3-1T)

   磁力显微镜、压电力显微镜(Attocube, 1.8K, 9T)

研究方向:          

课题组结合输运测量以及多种前沿的扫描探针显微技术(包括磁力显微镜、扫描微波阻抗显微镜、NV色心磁力计压电力显微镜磁电力显微镜等)研究不同凝聚态体系中的量子现象:

1. 拓扑绝缘体中的量子反常霍尔效应。

2. 磁性薄膜以及二维铁磁体中的拓扑霍尔效应、磁性斯格明子。

3. 二维范德瓦尔斯铁磁体中的磁畴结构。

4. 多铁材料中的磁电耦合现象。

Our  group focuses on utilizing advanced scanning probe techniques,  including magnetic force microscopy,  scanning microwave impedance microscopy, NV center magnetometry,  piezoresponse force microscopy, magnetoelectric force microscopy, to  study quantum phenomena in various condensed matter systems:

1. Quantum anomalous Hall effect in magnetic topological insulators.

2. Topological Hall effect in magnetic thin films and 2D ferromagnets, magnetic skyrmions.

3. Magnetic domain structures in 2D van der Waals ferromagnets.

4. Magnetoelectric effect in Multiferroics.
