个人简历:
2006年从中国科学技术大学(USTC)获得理学学士学位,2012年从美国University of Arizona获得博士学位。2012年至2014年在美国University of Texas at Austin从事博士后研究工作。2014年8月加入威尼斯官网9778818物质科学与技术学院任助理教授、副教授。

研究介绍 Research


主要研究手段:一、利用低温超高真空扫描探针显微镜技术来研究材料的晶体结构,电子学性质;二、利用低温强磁场输运技术来研究二维纳米材料中的电子相互作用;三、发展新型的接触式扫描隧道显微镜技术用来研究半导体器件和量子器件。
主要研究对象:新型扫描探针技术,新型二维材料,包括石墨烯、过渡族金属硫化物(TMD)、拓扑绝缘体等
